Here, the menu gets straight to the point with two perfectly executed signature dishes: tender, easy-to-chew Australian steak, a far cry from Cambodian beef, which is often tougher and harder to cut, and crispy-skinned chicken. And there’s a nice surprise for vegetarians: cauliflower is an original and delicious alternative.

The restaurant also offers a selection of sauces at an additional cost, but honestly, the pepper sauce that comes with the dish is perfect.
